Leo Command Center

Privacy policy

This policy describes the personal Google Calendar connection used by Leo Command Center. The application is operated by its account owner for private use.

Information accessed

With the owner's permission, the application reads calendar metadata and events from the selected Home Sync and Work Sync calendars. Event information can include titles, start and end times, descriptions, locations, meeting links, availability, response status and calendar colors. OAuth authorization is used to obtain read-only access.

Purpose and storage

Calendar information supports the private timeline, awareness of appointments and personal planning. Calendar snapshots and supporting review records are stored in the owner's local workspace. Authorization credentials are stored separately by the local calendar client and are not included in these public pages.

Sharing and processing

Calendar contents are not published on this website, sold, or used for advertising. When the owner uses Codex or ChatGPT to review the day, relevant calendar information may be provided to OpenAI for that requested assistance, subject to the owner's account settings and OpenAI's terms and privacy policy. Hosting this information site does not give its hosting provider access to the private calendar feed.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Control and deletion

The owner can revoke this application's access in Google Account connections. Revocation stops new authorized reads; it does not automatically erase previously saved local records or existing assistant conversations. Those records can be removed from the local workspace and the relevant assistant account. The application retains local records until the owner removes them.

This public site

These static pages contain no forms, analytics scripts or application cookies. The hosting provider may keep ordinary web-server access logs for operating and protecting the site.

Contact

Questions about the private application can be directed to its owner using the support email shown on the Google authorization screen.
